A few things worth knowing about the information on this site before you rely on it.

Last updated: August 2026

1. General information only

Content on this website, including destination information, cost estimates, visa information and seasonal advice, is provided for general planning purposes only and does not constitute a binding quotation or guarantee. Your actual itinerary, pricing and inclusions will be confirmed in writing before booking.

2. No guarantee of accuracy

Prices, exchange rates, visa fees, seasonal timing (such as cherry blossom or autumn leaf forecasts) and government policies referenced on this site can change without notice. We make a genuine effort to keep this information current but recommend confirming time-sensitive details with us directly before making decisions.

3. Third-party services and names

Restaurants, hotels and other businesses named on this site are independent third parties. We do not control their pricing, availability, hours or menu, and recommend confirming directly before a visit if you’re travelling independently of a Bluedust-booked trip.

4. External links

Where this site links to external resources (such as government visa portals), we are not responsible for the content or accuracy of those third-party websites.

5. Not professional advice

Visa, legal, tax and financial information shared on this site is general in nature and not a substitute for advice from the Embassy of Japan, VFS Global or a qualified professional. Always verify visa and immigration requirements with official sources before travel.

6. Photography

This website uses a mix of the founder’s own travel photography (shown in the section about our founder) and licensed stock photography used for illustration elsewhere on the site. Stock images represent the type of destination or experience, not a specific property or guaranteed view.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bluedust is not liable for any loss or damage arising from reliance on general information provided on this website, as distinct from the specific terms of a confirmed, written booking.
