Grievance Redressal

If something has gone wrong with a booking, or you have a question about your personal data, this is how to reach the person responsible and what to expect.

1. Grievance Officer

In line with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, our Grievance Officer is:

2. How to raise a concern

Email or write to the Grievance Officer with your name, your booking reference or travel dates if you have one, and what has happened or what you would like us to do. Please include copies of any relevant documents.

3. Our timelines

• We acknowledge every complaint within 48 hours of receiving it.
• We aim to resolve it within one month of receiving it, and we keep you informed if we need information from airlines, hotels or other suppliers.

4. Your data rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us for a summary of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or complete it, ask us to erase it where we no longer need it, withdraw consent you have given (for example to marketing messages), and nominate someone to exercise these rights on your behalf. Send these requests to the Grievance Officer above. Some records, such as booking and payment records, must be kept for the period the law requires.

5. If you are still not satisfied

• For consumer complaints: the National Consumer Helpline (dial 1915, or consumerhelpline.gov.in), or the e-Daakhil portal for the consumer commissions.
• For personal data complaints: the Data Protection Board of India, once you have first raised the matter with us.
