Met at the airport and driven to the hotel. Nothing else planned, so grandparents and children can rest after the flight.

Day 2A gentle first day

A late start, then Senso-ji in Asakusa and a short river cruise. Back to the hotel by mid-afternoon.

Tokyo Disneyland or DisneySea for the children and parents, while grandparents choose a quieter garden visit with the guide.

Day 4Tokyo views and shopping

Tokyo Skytree, then Ginza or Odaiba at an easy pace, with time back at the hotel before dinner.

Day 5To Mt. Fuji

A comfortable drive to Lake Kawaguchi, with stops when anyone needs them. Afternoon by the lake with Fuji views.

A half-day in Nara, where children can feed the deer, and the great Buddha hall of Todai-ji. Rest of the day free.
